The River

These may be the kinds of questions you've asked - because you know relationships are complicated, and sexuality can be confusing.  You want more than simple responses. You're ready for real answers. 

That's why Living Waters Canada has developed The River - a thought-provoking program created just for teens and young adults.  This interactive discipleship series helps you explore God's desire for relationships and sexuality, address tough issues and ask honest questions.

The River combines biblical teachings, real-life stories and group discussions, so you'll have a place to learn and be heard - and to be rid of your baggage. Simply put, The River is about the real you encountering the real Jesus.

We offer The River in a few different formats:

• Ignite! - A singe introductory presentation that can be hosted by a church, youth or young adult group, campus group, or school.
• Encounter - A four-part series of teachings, testimonies and prayer activities that is ideal for a regularly meeting Christian group (youth or young adult group, a young person retreat, or campus group)
• 360 - A ten week discipleship and prayer program offered in January for young people (ages 17-24) who want to go deeper in their own healing and growth.  
• School Curriculum - Currently we are developing and piloting a River series adapted for the school classroom. Please contact us if you are a school teacher or administrator and are interested in hearing more.
